Cari - Organizational Structure

CARI is comprised of active and non-active member companies. Active members are enterprises engaged in the business of producing, purchasing, selling, processing, or handling recycled materials. Non-active members are organizations, such as equipment and service providers, government agencies, and other associations allied with the recycling industries.

CARI is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors- 11 elected by the membership and the immediate Past Chairman. The composition of the Board proportionally represents all geographic regions.
