Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries will be held in Lake Louise at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Hotel, on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 8:00am for the following purpose: 

1. Welcome
2. Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
3. Election of Directors
4. CARI By-Laws
5. Receiving and considering the reports of:
   a) President
   b) Treasurer
   c) Executive Director
6. Appointment of Auditor
7. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
